Evaluation of Development Effectiveness and Development Technology Policy Research of Chang 8 Reservoir in C335 Area of JY Oilfield

In view of the problems of difficult establishment of effective displacement system and poor effect of water drive in Chang 8 reservoir of C335 area of JY oilfield, the reservoir development effect was evaluated comprehensively by reservoir pressure change, water drive law and effect characteristics. On this basis, combining with reservoir engineering and numerical simulation, this article formulated reasonable exploitation policy. The optimum injection⁃production ratio was 2.0, the flow pressure was 6.0 MPa, and the production rate was 0.7%. Finally, by comparing and forecasting the three schemes, the comprehensive scheme was the best.

Palladium⁃Catalyzed meta⁃Alkenylation of m⁃Methylphenylacetic Acid and Ibuprofen

The direct meta⁃C-H functionalization has proved to be more challenging due to the high energy transition state of marcrocyclic metallacycles which makes its formation extremely difficult. In this paper, the reaction of allyl acetic acid alkenylation based on pyrimidine template under palladium catalysis was studied. The reaction conditions were optimized, the influences of solvent effect, catalyst and oxidant type on the reaction were investigated, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The experimental results show that the designed pyrimidine⁃directed aryl acetic acid C-H bond activation reaction can realize the meta⁃selective functionalization reaction of aryl acetic acid derivatives. A meta⁃alkenylation ibuprofen derivatives with potential drug activity can be constructedby using this strategy.

Effect of Magnetic Field on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Fe 3O 4⁃Water

The heat transfer effect of nanofluid in electric heater was studied. Fe3O4⁃water nanofluid was prepared by two⁃step method. The effect of Fe3O4⁃water nanofluid with various nanoparticle concentrations (mass fraction of 0.1%~2.0%) on heating efficiency of the electric heater with or without magnetic field was studied. Mechanism of enhanced heat transfer by Fe3O4⁃water nanofluids under a magnetic field was also discussed. Results show that the Fe3O4⁃water nanofluid with a mass fraction of 1.0% obtains 18.2% enhancement of heat transfer on environment temperature compares to without a magnetic field. The Fe3O4⁃water nanofluid with a mass fraction of 1.0% obtains 35.1% enhancement of heat transfer on environment temperature with an external magnetic field. This research provides an important reference for enhancements of natural convective heat transfer in nanofluid applications.

Epoxidation of Fatty Acid Methyl Esters Catalysis by Molybdenum Polyoxometalate

The epoxidized soybean oil methyl ester was prepared by a non⁃solvent method under a mild condition using molybdenum polyoxometalates as catalysts.The epoxy soybean oil methyl ester with an acid value of 0.58 mg (KOH)/g and an epoxy value of 3.73% could be obtained using a H2O2:C=C of substrate molar ratio of 1.5 with adding 1.5% catalyst [(C2H5)4N]4Mo8O26 when 20 g soybean oil methyl ester was epoxidized at 55 ℃ for 5.0 h. The method has the advantages that the catalyst is easy to be separated and the post⁃treatment is simple. Moreover, the product does not contain inorganic acid, which avoids the influence of inorganic acid on the analysis and treatment of product.

Preparation and Properties of Red Light⁃Responsive PSDM⁃MTPP Shape Memory Hydrogel

N,N'⁃methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) is used as a crosslinking agent, octadecyl acrylate (SA) is a hydrophobic monomer, and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) is a hydrophilic monomer. Vinyl porphyrin (MTPP) is a photothermal monomer, and PSDM⁃MTPP shape memory hydrogel with red light responsiveness was successfully prepared by free radical copolymerization. The experimental results show that a low light intensity (<528 mW/cm2) and a short irradiation time can motivate the PSDM⁃MTPP hydrogel recover to original shape. Moreover, maintaining multiple intermediate states and regioselective responses. This shape memory gel with fast response, high recovery rate, remote control and spatial selectivity has potential application value in biomedical field. The obtained shape memory hydrogel with fast response, high recovery rate, remote control and spatial selectivity provided potential application in biomedical field.

Aza-Henry Reaction Induced by Photosensitizer under the Visible Light Conditions

3-Methoxythioxanthone was synthesized, and the structure is identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and HRMS spectra. The UV-Vis absorption spectra of 3-Methoxythioxanthone shows that it absorbs near the purple light (380 nm) in the visible range and is a visible light photosensitizer. 3-Methoxythioxanthone was applied to the Aza-Henry reaction of 2-phenyl-1,2,3,4-Tetrahydroisoquinoline and Nitromethane. Under the irradiation of purple LED, the photosensitizer with a molar fraction of 5% allowed the reaction to be isolated in a yield of 84% within 6 h. According to the experimental results, the mechanism of photocatalytic reaction of AzaHenry was proposed. The photosensitizer could transfer energy to produce singlet oxygen under the illumination, and singlet oxygen promoted the Aza-Henry reaction.

Near Infrared CO Spectra Acquisition and Modeling Method Research

        This article is about the study of portable fiber optic spectrometer CO detection technology. The detection system were built by used small optical fiber spectrometer as the core ,and the spectrum signal used wavelet transform to preprocess. Processed CO spectral feature extraction based on the information using a gaussian fitting method and CO in the characterization of eigenvalues are obtained by fitting the spectral information, finally a precise mathematical model were established by using partial least squares method and principal component analysis (PCA) . The method can fast and extractly characterize information from spectral signal and build the CO detection model .

Preparation of Supported Perrhenate Ionic Liquids

Ionic liquid (IL) is a type of molten salt at room temperature which are composed of anions and cations. It is a novel kind of green solvent and catalyst with excellent performance. However, it is 1imited to be widely used in different fields because of high price, large dosage, inconvenient separation. One of the effective approaches is to immobilize the ionic liquid on inorganic or organic solid material. Supported perrhenate ionic liquid was prepared using MCM-41 zeolites as carrier by chemical method in this paper. The supported ionic liquid was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR, TG, XRD and nitrogen adsorption desorption. The results showed that the ionic liquid was successfully bonded to the surface of MCM-41, and the decomposition temperature of the supported ionic liquid was between 280~680 ℃. Although the pore size and specific surface area of MCM-41 decreased after loading IL, its bulk structure was not damaged.

Research on the Impact of Ligand on the Stability of Nickelalactones

A nickelalactone with bisnitrogen ligand was synthesized from tmeda, Ni(COD)2and succinic anhydride. Then nickelalatone with bisphosphine ligand was synthesized through ligand exchange method. The impact of ligand on nikelalactone was tested. The synthesized products were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, Xray and 31P NMR. The results showed that the length of carbon chain in bidentate ligand had an effect on nickelalactone. Reactions of bisphosphines (where n=2) resulted in the formation of nickelalatone with bisphosphine ligand. While the homologous phosphines (where n=3,4) gave nickelalactones with didentate ligand.

Sulfides Oxidation Catalyzed by Brnsted Acidic Organic Perrhenates

A series of novel Brnsted acidic organic perrhenates were applied as catalysts for sulfide oxidations using 30% H2O2 as oxidant. The structures and thermal stability data of the catalysts were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and TGA. Meanwhile, the effect of various solvents, the dosage of H2O2 and catalyst, temperature and the reaction time on the catalytic performance was studied in details. The results indicate that the selectivity and yield of sulfoxide can reach up to 95% under the optimal conditions, in which the dosage of catalyst is 0.03 mol, the dosage of H2O2 is 2.4 mmol, 40 ℃ and 90 min.

Study on the Reaction of Aromatic Ketones Removal Benzoyl

It is reported herein a novel debenzoylation of diaryl ketones. The effect of the additives, catalysts, and temperature were studied carefully. The results indicate that the yield of this transformation can reach up to 72% under the standard conditions n(ptoluenesulfonic acid)n (starting material)=1100, n(ethylene glycol)n(starting material) =31, toluene, 80 h under reflux. This reaction provides a new method for the debenzoylation of diaryl ketones.

Laboratory Study of the Composite OilWell Cement Early Strength Agent LL

A chlorinefree composite as oilwell cement early strength agent named LL was developed. Combining organic acids A, alcohol amines B and nitrate compound C in a certain ratio, the compressive of cement stone in 6 h as the strength examining index can be designed in optimization test using the orthogonal method. The optimum formula determined by orthogonal was as follows: the weight of organic acids D is 1.0% based on cement,the weight of alcohols amines E is 0.04%,the weight of nitrates F is 4%. Under the optimum proportion, and the performance test of early strength agent LL was carried out after its addition of 2.5% in the cement. The ratio of the thickening time of early strength agent LL slurry to cement slurry is 0.436 less than 0.5, and the compressive strength of cement stone 6 h (39 ℃ and atmospheric pressure) is 11.0 MPa more than 4.0 MPa, they are all meeting the requirement of early strength agent industry standard SY/T5504.4—2008. And it has a good compatibility with the homemade retarders MAM, dispersants FASA and fluid loss AS.

Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Oleate by Using Stannum Silicotungstat

The catalyst stannum silicotungstat was prepared and characterized, then the esterification of nbutanol and oleic acid was studied. The effect of molar ratio of acid to alcohol, the amount of catalysts, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the conversion ratio of oleic acid is 90.4%.

Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Acetate by Bismuth Phosphotungstate

The catalyst bismuth phosphotungstate was prepared and characterized by XRD and TGA, then its catalytic performance was evaluated with the esterification of n-butanol and acetic acid. The effect of different phosphotungstates, molar ratio of acid to alcohol, the catalyst amount and reaction time on catalytic performance were investigated. The experiment results show that the yield of esterification can reach 92.4% under the following conditions: molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1∶1.5, catalysts amount 8wt% (based on acetic acid), reaction time 45 min under reflux.

Optimizat ion of Running Scheme With Long Distance Heated Crude Oil Pipeline

        To the heated crude oil pipeline w hose transportation plan is fixed , the cost of transporting oil consists of power consumption cost of oil pump and fuel cost of fire furnace .It is important to decrease the cost of transporting oil under the premise of accomplishing safely and timely transporting task and making the total consumption minimal .To decrease energy consumption, taking the minimal sum of thermal energy consumption and power consumption as the objective function , a running model of long distance heated crude oil pipeline was set up.Two -layer nesting method was used to solve the model , that is, its principle is to calculate all possible pump running schemes as outer layer nesting , and to optimize inlet temperature of inner layer nesting by dynamic planning method and total energy cost is computed.To travel different schemes will get different total energy cost .Among all energy cost, the minimal one is an optimal solution.According to the model, a cor responding software has been programmed which provides a decision-making basic for optimizing transmission of long distance heated crude oil pipeline

Application of Solid Superacid Catalyst SO 2 -4 /ZrO 2 in Acetalization

        By using nanometer oxides as precursor , solid superacid catalyst SO2 -4 /ZrO2 with Hammett constant less than -12 .14 was prepared .The catalyst SO2 -4 /ZrO2 was used for the ace talization of benzaldehyde with acetic anhydride .The results of IR, GC ,NMR and melting point measurement show that the purity o f the target product of acetalization is very high .The influence of calcining temperature , concentration of sulphuric acid, immersing time and activating temperature on the yield of aldehy deacetal was investigated by uniform design.The optimum conditions for obtaining the highest yield of aldehyde acetal are as follows :the calcining temperature is 300 ℃, concentration of sulphuric acid in immersion liquid is 4 .5mol/ L, immersing time is 1 hour , activating temperature is 305 ℃.The yield of aldehy deacetal is 93.6 %.The analysis of IR and TG indicates that the absorptive capacity of SO2 -4 on SO2 -4 /ZrO2 is large .The reusing experiment of catalyst show s that the catalyst can be reused more than ten times with high catalytic activity .Its treatment and regeneration are easy .

Calculation of the Equivalent Diameter in the Pipeline

    The paper studied the conversion of flux and flowing speed equivalent diameter' s friction resistance of unit length in rectangular pipeline , which had been adopted in design calculation of hydromechanics .Friction resistance of unit length of rectangular pipeline under the two definitions was analyzed and demonstrated theoretically .It' s concluded for rectangular pipeline in the same design condition, while searching for friction resistance of unit length of rectangular pipeline in linear diagraph by adopting flux and flowing speed equivalent diameter , obtained results are different .Thus, it' s difficult to ensure result optimization of other design scheme .
